Public pilot support
Stay with the story.
Recover without guessing.
There is no staffed account desk yet. These steps cover the current free pilot, and the response form gives the editorial team a reproducible report without asking for contact details.Retry the route from its story card.
- Check that the phone is online and reload once.
- Turn off a content blocker for this site if images remain blank.
- Open the route again from the international home page.
- If one named scene still fails, report the story title, scene number and what appeared.
Playback begins after a tap.
Mobile browsers may block automatic sound. Check the device volume, tap the story’s audio control and keep the browser tab active. Reading remains available if audio cannot play.
A choice should change the next beat, not trap you.
If a choice does nothing, include the exact button wording in your report. Refreshing may reset local progress in pilot stories; no cloud account currently restores it across devices.
Send the smallest useful evidence.
Use the response desk and include: device type, browser, page or story title, the action you took, what you expected and what happened. Do not include your name, email, phone number or a child’s identity.
This is self-service pilot support.
The form records product feedback but does not collect a return address or promise an individual reply. We use reproducible reports to repair the public pilot and publish changes in later revisions.
